1:00 Jump Rope Warm-up
Round 1- :30 Slosh Pipe Zercher Walk :10 Rest
Round 2- :30 Plank with a 'rock, rock, kick' :10 Rest
Round 3- :30 Lunge Jumps :10 Rest
Round 4- :30 Repeat Round 1 (faster walk than first round) :10 Rest
Round 5- :30 Repeat Round 2 :10 Rest
Round 6- :30 Repeat Round 3 (add a pump in the middle of each lunge) :10 Rest
This will really get you breathing hard! Burn baby Burn.
